Wire Baskets 1934001

This basket serves the function of transporting and containing chemical samples in a robotic tester. The basket is designed so it's tall enough to keep the bottles from tipping over. Bottles are held in vertical orientation in a 3 x 5 matrix. This particular client did not need this basket to be stacked, however Marlin Steel can customize any of our baskets to fit your needs.

This basket is not used in an ultrasonic cleaning process. The bottles contain various aqueous solutions, and there is always the risk of accidental spillage onto the basket; the baskets must be durable enough to handle this. The contents in the bottles are mild acid and base solutions. 

It also features handles so it's easy to transport by hand or machine. They reach up to the level of the bottle's mouth. Dividers hold the bottles in place to ensure they remain free of chipping and scratching. The material choice for this basket is 316 stainless steel, without coating.
