Wire Baskets - 1609003

This is an example of a sterilization basket for 100 mL bottles. This basket is designed to hold the bottles upside down during the sterilization process so that the sanitizing agent can get inside the bottle and freely drain once the process is finished. The reinforcing wire frame at the bottom is widely spaced so as to avoid blocking the openings of the bottles.

The outsides of the wire basket are reinforced with several thick lengths of wire, and all of the burrs and other marks were meticulously cleaned. Custom designs such as this are cinch to make with automated manufacturing equipment.
